- Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on sales generated by their referred customers. The monthly commission will be paid directly into the affiliate’s provided account. The deposited amount must be staked before the affiliate is entitled to the 10% commission. This could be a loophole if not checked
- Affiliates are to have a known/registered handles/platform to participate
- Affiliates who create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes (e.g., to manipulate the system) are not entitled to the 10% commission. The commission will be forfeited for such accounts.
- GCL is not responsible for any damage caused by bugs, fraudulent activities, or loss of sales/funds on the affiliate platform.
- For non - influencers, they will be treated as referrers (one – off earnings)
- Affiliates must refrain from sending unsolicited or excessive promotional messages (spam) to potential customers. This ensures respectful communication and maintains a positive brand image.
- Bonuses, rebates, and other entitlements for referred customers should be transparently displayed on the affiliate platform. This educates and engages customers effectively.
- Affiliates should provide accurate and truthful information about the brand, products, and services. Misleading or false claims can harm the brand’s reputation and breach the contract.
- Affiliates must not engage in promoting or endorsing illegal activities. This includes activities that violate local laws, regulations, or ethical standards.
- When promoting the brand, affiliates should use respectful and professional language. Offensive or inappropriate content can negatively impact the brand’s image.
- While affiliates can add their own contact information, they must prominently display the official customer service information provided by Golden Chance Lotto (GCL). This ensures customers have a reliable point of contact.
- GCL retains ownership of all intellectual property related to promotional materials. Affiliates must agree to this clause and sign accordingly.
- Any customer issues raised by affiliates should be addressed in a way that protects GCL’s brand reputation. Professional and timely resolution is essential.
- If any losses occur due to faults in the affiliate system, platform hacks, or loss of sales/funds, GCL should be indemnified by the affiliate.
- Codes once registered by the users are indication of permanent customers of the affiliates; for the agents, they keep earning as long as the agency is sustained, for non-agents as long as new customers are introduced on monthly basis and their handles are still active i.e. they still remain influencers et al
- Individuals without platforms will be treated as referrers.
