Winners Golden Chance Ventures Limited, aka, “Golden Chance Lotto”, is a Lottery business organization set up in February 2005 to engage in Lotto services. The company is managed by a board of seven directors who supervise the managers of our numerous branches across Nigeria.

At the head of the Company, as our Chairman is Mr Idowu Osuolale Obasa. Mr Obasa is a 1979 Economics graduate of the University of Ife (OAU). He holds an MSc. (Accounting) from the University of Lagos and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Nigeria (ICAN), the Institute of Public Administration, Nigeria (IPMN), and an alumnus of the Executive Development Program of the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

He has held top management positions in the private financial sector, working with several indigenous and multi-national establishments. His vast experience cuts across Credit Control and Foreign Exchange Management.

Mr. Charles Arthur, a Ghanaian National, is our Managing Director. Mr Arthur has lived in Nigeria for 29 years and worked in various capacities. He introduced the Lotto business to the group. We owe the many successes recorded as a Lotto Company to his wealth of experience in this business.

Mr Kayode Obasa is the Administrative Director. He studied Botany at the University of Lagos and earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from LAUTECH in 2014. He is a member of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (IPAN), and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management (ACIPM).

Mr. Sulaiman Olabanji, the Finance Director, is an Economics graduate of the Lagos State University. He has vast experience in Financial Management.

Mr. Olugbenga Ademoyo is the Director of Risk Management and Control. He is an Accountancy graduate of the Yaba College of Technology and has an MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.

As a seasoned auditor, He looks out for the company’s risk exposure at all times and supervises internal auditing, ensuring that Corporate Governance standards are consistently met.

Mr. Victor Oladele Okikiola is the Director of Operations. Mr Okikiola joined the Company as a validator and has worked in various capacities. He studied Chemistry at the University of Ilorin and has had a robust career in the insurance industry. He was the General Manager before his appointment as a director.

Mr. Dapo Olorunyomi, who holds a Master’s Degree in Literary Arts from the University of Ife, (now OAU), is a non-Executive Director. Mr. Olorunyomi was a founding director of the Independent Communications Network Limited.
